Stop Stressing

When was the last time you were stressed out about something? In all honesty what did stressing change? Sadly the answer to this is nothing at all.

Instead of stressing over something, whether great or small, try stepping back from it. Sometimes when we’re caught up in the high that stress brings on, it makes it difficult to focus our thoughts.

Stress brings on anxiety and if not dealt with accordingly it can lead to depression, sleep disorders and other mental health issues. So here’s what I want you to do today. I want you to take a moment and try these little exercises:

Breathe

Pray about it

Smile

Don’t worry be happy

Test and trials will come as long as we live but always remember; We are too blessed to be stressed!
